  • New Boat Storage Yard.  This new yard will be completed before the 2009 boat hauling season.  For this year, both yards will be used for storage while we make the full move conversion next year.  The new yard will accommodate up to 300 boats and have easy accessibility in and out.  The yard will also be available for summer boat/trailers storage.

Boat Auction

Boats are being auctioned to recover storage fees owed to Ole Miss Marina/Red Wing Port Authority.  Boats can be viewed starting Monday, February, 22nd, 2010 at the former Ole Miss Boat Storage area at 1675 Levee Road.  Auction date is Thursday, April 8th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.  To view the boats, you may call the Ole Miss Marina office at 651-385-5839, Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Boats can also be viewed two hours prior to the auction.  Some of the boats are shrink wrapped and will not be uncovered until Monday, March 15th, 2010.  The condition of these boats is unknown.  All boats are sold AS IS.  Payment immediately after the auction is by cash, money order, certified check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  Boats must be removed 10 days after the auction from the marina property.  Work on the boats will not be allowed on the marina property; only work allowed will be for transportation only.

1. 37’ Houseboat Hull Steel, inboard-outboard drive and engine.  Hull and engine only.   AS IS.  Amount owed is $3833.08.

2. 1983 27’ Sea Ray Cabin Cruiser, Hull serial #26T720982, inboard/gasoline, 195 HP, fiberglass.  AS IS.  Amount owed is $4142.37.

3. 1981 24.5’ Sea Ray Sundancer Cabin Cruiser , Hull serial #50M580880, inboard-outboard drive, gasoline, fiberglass, 225 HP, and Shore-Land'r  tandem trailer.  AS IS  Amount owed is $2522.36.

4. 1984 Century Cabin Cruiser, Hull serial #CEBWA078D484, twin inboard-outboard drives, gasoline, 170 HP.  AS IS.  Amount owed $3657.00.

5. 1978 Carver Cabin Cruiser, Hull #CDR390750278, twin inboard drives, gasoline, fiberglass.  AS IS.  Amount owed is $3257.00.
